"Held at one time" counts sealed files on our servers at the same moment. Files leave when their link expires, so most teams stay far below the limit. "Planned" means designed and coming after gotin opens.

What people ask about the price.

Do my clients pay anything?

No. They never pay and never create an account.

Is there a fee per upload or per client?

No. Every client upload is included in the monthly price.

What if my team is larger?

Add people for $8 each a month, up to 25. Above that, the Enterprise plan is arranged with us.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time. Moving up starts at once and is charged for the rest of the period. Moving down starts at the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a storage limit?

Each plan limits how much is held at one time: 25 GB on Team, 100 GB on Business. Files leave when their link expires.

What happens if I cancel?

The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then your team is read-only for up to 90 days, and can open and save everything until then. We send notices 90, 30, 7 and 1 days before the end. After that, what we hold is deleted.

When can I start?

gotin opens in January 2027 with the Team plan. Until then the home page runs a demo with sample files.
