Slack and Teams
A message in your channel when files arrive. It says that something arrived. It cannot say what.
Planned. The Slack and Teams integration is not built yet. This page shows how it will work. Names and logos belong to their owners, and gotin is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
The team that lives in a channel, not in an inbox.
Nobody watches a dashboard. A short message where the team already talks is enough, as long as it gives nothing away.
Pick a channel
An owner connects one channel, once.
Files arrive
Sealed, as always. Our servers know that two files arrived and when. They do not know whose.
The channel gets a message
No client name, no request name and no file name, because our servers never learn them.
Open it in gotin
The link opens the request in gotin, where your key shows the names.
The channel learns that files arrived. Nothing else.
The channel you chose.
What Slack or Teams holds
- That files arrived, and when
- How many files
- A link to the request in gotin
What it never holds
- The request's name
- Who sent the files
- The files, or a key that opens them
They hold sealed files. They know that files arrived, how many and when.
Only what our servers already know.
Signals
Signals carry ids, times and counts. They never carry names, sizes, notes or anything sealed.
The same signal as a webhook
Point it at your own tools. Each call is signed, so you can check that it came from gotin.
Automation tools
Power Automate, Zapier, Make and n8n are planned on the same signal.
